Wabi Sabi began with my own healing journey following the death of my parents in my 20s. Grief is a full-body experience, which taught me to listen to all aspects of the being, and the connection between what we consume (food, relationships, thoughts, emotions, etc) and how we experience life in our bodies.
Breath is the tool that syncs it all together & creates the environment for our body to heal itself.
I’ve combined what I’ve learned in my studies as a breath work facilitator, death doula, reiki practitioner, yoga teacher & CMHC in training into 1:1 breathwork healing sessions & my soon-to-launch digital course, Growing through Grief.

Grief is not just emotional—it lives in the body and nervous system. When we suppress emotions, they can manifest as tension, anxiety, or exhaustion. Parasympathetic breathwork helps by:
Releasing stored emotions in a safe and controlled way.
Calming the nervous system, reducing stress and overwhelm.
Creating space for deep self-connection, allowing grief to move rather than stay stuck.

Everyone is unique! But here’s a general guide:
Daily: Gentle breathing exercises for emotional regulation.
Weekly: Deeper breathwork sessions for release and healing.
As needed: Whenever grief feels overwhelming or heavy.

Our sessions are 1:1 and completely customized to whatever you’re needing that day. We work intuitively during intake to assess what will be the most healing. We take the guess work out of it and here for human support.
